Implementation Services

In conjunction with our partner company Rorotika Technologies, we draw upon a large pool of experience resources to deliver first class implementations and project management.

Training

All of our customers can avail of either pre-defined or customized training courses. These can be delivered on the customer premises or at one of our locations globally.

System Support

Digitata was the first company to provide Dynamic Tariffing solutions on a large scale; the experience gained from these deployments means we have a full team of highly skilled staff to provide system support and remote preventative and reactive maintenance. We have daily operational experience of running DTS in 15 networks over a 3 year period. Digitata can offer a full 24x7 Managed Service if required.
