Sim Swap

Provides the ability for agents to swap customer SIM cards without internet access through the use of USSD. This has a dual benefit for the operator:
  • Reducing churn by allowing customers to obtain replacement SIM cards without having to purchase a new SIM pack.
  • Reduces workload on the operator's staff by allowing authorised agents to replace SIM cards without assistance..

The application can also assist with the rapid rollout of new services requiring subscribers to upgrade their SIM (eg mobile banking, location based services, etc).

The operator still remains in full control of SIM swaps both through the control of the available SIM cards and the database of agents entitled to perform SIM swaps. Authentication of identity of the customer is also provided.

The application is supplied with a comprehensive set of web based reports that allow the operator to track which SIM's have been swapped and by whom, as well as monitor the SIM stock available for this purpose.

Product Plan Reports

Extracts data from the operator's IN platform on a daily basis and reports on the number of subscribers using each Product Plan. It allows the operator to track the use of individual product (tariff) plans over time as well as migrations between plans. All reports are web-based and access to the reports can be restricted.

Site Value Reports

This is a comprehensive solution that correlates CDR information with network statistics to provide a comprehensive set of reports that show the usage and revenue generated by each cell over time.

The operator is given a view at cell, site, node and network level of the revenue and usage for any period of time. If the CAPEX and OPEX costs of each site are known then this can be extended to also show Site Profitability.

The operator is provided with the capability of identifying underperforming cells and tracking there response to corrective actions.

This is a product that is just as valuable to the Engineering and Business Intelligence departments as it is to Marketing and Finance!
